Our largest window with 2 on one headrail came with the headrail dented with about a 3" section at the top front/middle area bent enough a person could not fix it without returning.

The box was completely intact so this had to have happened at the factory. We went ahead and hung the blinds as they still hung strait and the decorative outside valance covers the dent.
Otherwise the blinds look very nice, the decorative valance quality is excellent and looks very nice and the overall craftmanship of the blinds themselves is above average and I would buy again.
